SPIS: Training in Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality

In the period from 19th May  – 20th May 2011, the training “Writing Project Proposals and Management of Project Cycle in Accordance with EC application“ was organized in the hotel “Hollywood”, Ilidža.  The goal of the training was to provide useful tools related to writing projects in accordance with the EC standards, so that representatives of Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality take an advantage in applying for future projects, especially with regard to IPA funds. The training was attended by representatives of the Commission for Enhancing the Child Protection and Social Inclusion in Novi Grad Sarajevo as well as representatives of nongovernmental organizations.

Training evaluation indicated that participants were impressed by the lecturer and the ways she presented the training materials. Participants’ comments were related to their readiness and courage to go back to their organizations/institutions and start with preparations of project documentations. Training materials represent a useful manual for further project applications. IBHI was congratulated on the selection of the lecturer.
